Requirements
- Should have completed a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proven track record of selling advertising services to leading brands and corporate organizations
- A strong network of contacts which you will use to develop new business opportunities and establish business relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies
- Great understanding of digital services and how they can benefit clients.
- Be experienced in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in winning new business for agencies in the digital sector and dealing with high-profile clients.
- Have great proposal writing, presentation, and pitching skills.
- Be a motivated and focused individual with great organizational and interpersonal skills.
As Business Development Manager, you will
- Create development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections.
- Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels.
- Meet existing and potential clients and build positive relationships.
- Liaise with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare financial projections and sales targets.
- Attend events such as exhibitions and conferences.
- Prepare sales presentations and participate in sales meetings.
- Produce reports for management
- Train business developers and sales colleagues.
- Work in a client’s business or in an office.
