Requirements

    • Should have completed a Bachelor’s Degree.
    • Proven track record of selling advertising services to leading brands and corporate organizations
    • A strong network of contacts which you will use to develop new business opportunities and establish business relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies
    • Great understanding of digital services and how they can benefit clients.
    • Be experienced in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion.
    • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in winning new business for agencies in the digital sector and dealing with high-profile clients.
    • Have great proposal writing, presentation, and pitching skills.
    • Be a motivated and focused individual with great organizational and interpersonal skills.

    As Business Development Manager, you will

    • Create development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections.
    • Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels.
    • Meet existing and potential clients and build positive relationships.
    • Liaise with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies.
    • Prepare financial projections and sales targets.
    • Attend events such as exhibitions and conferences.
    • Prepare sales presentations and participate in sales meetings.
    • Produce reports for management
    • Train business developers and sales colleagues.
    • Work in a client’s business or in an office.
